Yandex: Most Muscovites in self-isolation by Tuesday evening

MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- Muscovites mostly returned to their homes as of 8 p.m. Moscow time on Tuesday, as the self-isolation index by Internet company Yandex showed 3.5 on a five-point scale.

The index stood at 3.0 as of 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Yandex launched the index in late March with a scale starting with zero, meaning many people are out, to five, when everyone is at home.
